Details: BANKING Compliance AnalystKnowledge of federal regulations related to loans/CRA.Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum Experience: Minimum 2 years of financial institution experienceCORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Collecting and monitoring the bank’s compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act.• File CRA data annually and ensure its accuracy.• Maintains proficiency in software tools necessary to complete analysis (loan origination platforms and CenTrax.• Must be knowledgeable in consumer regulations and stay abreast of changes to incorporate changes into the bank’s policies and procedures. • Assist with implementation of new laws and regulations.• Researching and answering regulatory compliance questions.• Conducting internal consumer compliance audits.• Report audit findings to management.• Assist in the maintenance and updating of disclosures.• Creating compliance training materials in power point.• Performing compliance training.• Maintain loan compliance policies and procedures.• Reviewing advertising and marketing materials prior to publication for compliance.• Monitor Flood Insurance requirements.• Perform other special compliance related projects as they arise.• Assist Compliance Officer during regulatory exams.
